CRAU - As she's coming from Forgotten Tales, Rosalia has had some minor developments. From being turned into Medusa and getting to live around people, she was cautious with herself and others so she wouldn't hurt them even after two people broke into her house. She also learned that, if she has the power to, she should use her strength to help people even if she might need to harm someone else.
Personality:
As Rosalia is introduced as a posthumous character in the Trauma Team universe, who she was alive must be gleaned from several places: first, from Maria; second, from CR-S01; and third, from the evidence left behind in the case 'Carpet of Blue Death'.
Maria spoke of Rosalia as being small and always so sad, mentioning her nickname 'Cry Baby Rose'. Rosalia was most likely not the happiest child in the world, and often became the target of teasing, or just outright being ignored by the other children. Whether due to knowledge of her virus, or because she appeared so frail is up in the air. However, Rosalia didn't have many friends and lacked many reasons to be happy, or hopeful. It wasn't until the fire occurred did she begin tailing Maria and referring to her as her 'Big Sis' that Rosalia really seemed to perk up. She finally knew that someone cared about her (even if Maria saved Rose because it was her fault the fire broke out anyway).
Shortly after the fire, CR-S01 mentioned Albert Sartre adopted Rosalia in order to study her virus and try cultivating it into a cure-all for diseases. In 'Carpet of Blue Death', we do learn that Rosalia really bonded to CR and Albert despite testing, truly coming to love them as her brother and father. While they were the adults and doctors, Rosalia took to the role of housekeeping, jokingly displaying frustration or exasperation when they would forget to do simple things to take care of themselves like Albert almost forgetting that it's dinner time despite Rosalia calling to him several times. Still, she was persistent even thought she knew how important their work was, they had to take care of themselves, too.
Rosalia was smart, but not brilliant like her brother. When she finally did ask Albert the reason for studying her blood, he explained it as though she had a poison inside her as opposed to explaining what a virus truly was, or what hers could do. She's also very naive as well, having remained unaware why Albert had just the two of them move to Mexico, and openly wondering why she didn't get the chance to say goodbye to her brother while hoping one day he could come see the flowers she was growing in their yard. Not until her death did she truly understand why they were here, and what her virus could do to the world which made her ghost try even harder to warn Maria.
Even with everything that happened, there was a final recording in 'Carpet of Blue Death' that Naomi lamented on which truly revealed the sort of person Rosalia was. Understanding how her virus was a danger to others, she was willing to put up with the isolation, willing to handle the idea of possibly living alone with only her dad for the rest of her life, and she became determined to smile and withstand the tests as they became more and more painful if it meant saving everyone's life. She loved and cared for her father until the end, and continued to care for everyone beyond her own life. Her own suffering meant nothing to her as long as everyone could be healed.
Abilities & Inventory: Aside from her dress, ribbons, and sandals, Rosalia doesn't have any unique abilities except for her blood. And even then, in the dream realm, getting sick might be more on the other dreamer if they come in contact with it. As for her dreamotion abilities, they'll likely awaken to be more akin to her Medusa powers in Forgotten Tales - she'll also assume the gorgon form she had from that game.
Suitability & Plans: I would like to play Rosalia because we didn't get to see a lot of her from her canon. We get hints and details, but all posthumously. Still, because of her friendly and helpful nature, she's open to meeting people, growing and changing - giving her a chance to 'live' where she missed out. Even right now from the Test Drive, she might be opening a restaurant with plants to make tea from, and she's gonna live in a treehouse with her friendly gang of bugs!
